Refund policy

Finn does not offer refunds, but we do offer returns for store credit on unaltered jewelry.*

Returns
Should you decide to return a purchase for credit, you must notify Finn directly within 5 days of receiving your order.

You must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number prior to any exchanges by emailing showroom@finnjewelry.com. Additional instructions will be sent to you regarding shipping.

Any item not it its original condition, i.e.: damaged or worn, or missing its original packaging will not be eligible for exchange.

All customized jewelry is final sale.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR PURCHASE BACK WITHOUT AN RA NUMBER. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT IT AND ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ADDITIONAL SHIPPING COSTS THAT MAY INCUR.

Please note that original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Credit for jewelry will only be honored if the return instructions above are followed.

*Finn reserves the right to refuse return for credit or exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements at Finn's sole discretion.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a unique code will be sent to you for the value of the gift that can be used to shop on finnjewelry.com. Your gift giver will not be notified of the return.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to their own address to give to you at later date, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be aware of your return. These returns are subject to the standard purchase return rules. "Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase delivery we cannot offer you a refund or exchange."

You will be responsible for the cost of shipping for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your credit amount. Please contact us at info@finnjewelry.com for details. Finn will not accept packages without an RA number.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You must require a signature. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. A signature by a member of the Finn team for your returned item is your only security.
