How to Purchase 

Jewelry purchased directly through our e-commerce site can only be delivered to the USA and a list of designated international countries. 


Finn accepts all major credit cards. For security, your billing address must match the address on file at your credit card company. If there is a discrepancy, there will be a delay in processing the order. 

Finn does not accept personal checks, money orders, CODs, or Layaway Plans. 

We will charge applicable state, local, and county taxes on all online orders based on shipping address. Please note that your on-screen transaction total reflects estimated tax. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped and may vary from the estimated tax.

Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has been submitted, it is considered final. We cannot guarantee the purchase can be modified or cancelled.


Most of our rings come in a standard size 6. Nearly all of our rings can be custom ordered in any other size, very easily. We can also add or remove length of chains on any of our necklaces and bracelets. It's a simple request that we are happy to help you with.

Should your jewelry need repair, please contact us via email. This is the only way to begin the process. Any jewelry sent to the showroom without contacting Finn first will not be signed for and will be returned to the shipping address at the shipper's expense.

We recommend that you package the item securely and ship it via insured mail and require a signature for delivery.  Detailed repair information and a repair charge estimate will be sent to you prior to any work on the jewelry begins. Most damage due to normal wear and tear within the first year of purchase will be fixed with Finn's compliments, though we reserve the right to determine what appears to be  normal wear and tear versus user damage. After one year, all repairs are subject to fee.

Returns & Exchanges

For online purchases, Finn will accept returns of unworn jewelry, in its original packaging, within 10 days of the delivery date.  Simply contact us directly.

Please note that we cannot accept jewelry that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged. We reserve the right to determine if a piece of jewelry has signs of wear.

All custom orders, or customized orders, are final sale.

Finn recommends that you ship merchandise via FedEx, UPS, or insured parcel post for tracking purposes and that you request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. Finn will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. Credit for jewelry will only be honored if the return instructions above are followed. Finn reserves the right to refuse return for credit or exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements in Finn's sole discretion.

This website may contain typographical mistakes, inaccuracies, or omissions, some of which may relate to pricing, availability, and product information. Finn reserves the right to correct any such errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after an order has been submitted and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
