Yes, all of the diamond houses we work with adhere strictly to the Kimberly Agreement. 

Yes. Our casters use recycled gold that is refined to become pure, then mixed with other precious metal alloys to create 18k or 14k gold.

Nearly all gold used in modern jewelry is recycled.

Yes, we do. We can make simple changes like a chain length or color of gold, or more specific changes like gemstones.

We offer exchanges or store credit. We do not offer refunds.

All customized jewelry is final sale, this includes rings that are not a standard size 6.

All returns must be requested with 5 days of delivery.

All items are made to order. We do our best to have jewelry shipped out as soon as possible in a 2-3 week time frame.

For pieces that require significantly more time, you will be notified upon order with details. At that point you can decide if the time frame works for you.

Repairs are taken on a case by case basis. Please email us at showroom@finnjewelry.com to begin the process.

Jewelry is delicate. Nearly all enquiries we receive are due to user damage.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Once an order has been submitted, it is considered final. We cannot guarantee the purchase can be modified or cancelled.

If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your shipment.

We do not offer refunds, unfortunately, but will gladly go over exchange or store credit options.

Please note that we cannot accept jewelry that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged. We reserve the right to determine if a piece of jewelry has signs of wear.

All custom orders, or customized orders including rings that aren't a standard size 6, are final sale.

Please note that original shipping costs will not be refunded. 

Finn recommends that you ship merchandise via FedEx, UPS, or insured parcel post for tracking purposes and that you request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. Finn will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. Credit for jewelry will only be honored if the return instructions above are followed. Finn reserves the right to refuse return for credit or exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements at Finn's sole discretion.

Our standard size ring is a 6, though nearly all of our styles can be ordered to fit.

We are also happy to lengthen or shorten necklace or bracelet lengths.
