How to Purchase
Jewelry purchased directly through our e-commerce site can currently only be delivered to the USA and Puerto Rico. For international orders, please contact Finn via email.
Finn accepts all major credit cards. For security, your billing address must match the address on file at your credit card company. If there is a discrepancy, there will be a delay in processing the order.
Finn does not accept personal checks, money orders, CODs, or Layaway Plans.
We will charge applicable state, local and county taxes on all online orders based on shipping address. Please note that your on-screen transaction total reflects estimated tax. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped and may vary from the estimated tax.
Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been submitted, it is considered final. We cannot guarantee the purchase can be modified or cancelled.
Shipping & Delivery
For security reasons, Finn online purchases require an adult signature upon delivery. We do not allow for a signature release. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
All purchases are shipped via FedEx or UPS. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow at least two to three business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by the shipping method. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Finn cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.
A confirmation email with tracking number will be sent to you upon shipping your order.
At the moment, we only provide automatic shipment domestically within the 50 United States and Puerto Rico. For international orders please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The purchaser is responsible for all taxes and duties imposed by their country of residence. Should Finn be invoiced directly from the shipping company after delivery, we will email an invoice for the balance due which will need to be paid immediately.
The purchaser is fully responsible for any fees associated with returned packages due to inaccuracies in the delivery address provided; this includes the original shipping cost and any additional shipping costs required to resend.
Should your jewelry need repair, you must first contact Finn to obtain a Return Authorization number. This RA number must clearly be marked on the exterior of your package. Packages without an RA number will not be signed for and will be returned to the shipper at their expense.
Please enclose a detailed repair request, your contact information, and the original sales invoice. We recommend that you package the item securely and ship it via insured mail and require a signature for delivery. Please allow approximately 4 weeks for a repair assessment. Detailed repair information and a repair charge estimate will be sent to you once the assessment has been completed. Most damage due to normal wear and tear within the first year of purchase will be fixed with Finn's compliments, though we reserve the right to determine what constitutes normal wear and tear versus user damage. After one year, all repairs are subject to fee.
Returns & Exchanges
For online purchases, Finn will accept merchandise in its original condition for a store credit when accompanied by the original packaging and original sales invoice. Please note that we cannot accept jewelry that has been worn, used, altered or damaged.
This excludes custom orders and sizing. All custom orders, including any ring that is other than a standard size 6, are final sale.
Should you decide to return a purchase for credit, you must notify Finn directly and ship merchandise back within 10 days of receiving your order. You will need to obtain a Return Authorization number from us, and have that number clearly marked on the package in order for us to accept it.
Please note that returns and exchanges must be made directly through Finn. Any other associate department stores or online boutiques that carry Finn will not accept items purchased from Finn's online store.
Please note that original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Finn recommends that you ship merchandise via FedEx, UPS or insured parcel post for tracking purposes and that you request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. Finn will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. Credit for jewelry will only be honored if the return instructions above are followed. Finn reserves the right to refuse return for credit or exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements in Finn's sole discretion.
Errors & Inaccuracies
Finn's goal is to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information on our website. Unfortunately, it is not possible to ensure that any website be completely free of human or technological errors. This website may contain typographical mistakes, inaccuracies, or omissions, some of which may relate to pricing, availability, and product information. Finn reserves the right to correct any such errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after an order has been submitted and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
Finn uses appropriate security measures to protect the information you provide to us. However, while we take reasonable steps to protect this personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure, you accept that no internet data transmission can be guaranteed to be secure from access by unintended recipients and will not hold us responsible for any breach of security unless this breach is due to our gross negligence. Finn will never sell email addresses or physical addresses to third parties.
